2. Booking & Deposits
All tattoo appointments require a deposit to secure your session.
Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the cost of your tattoo session.
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 72 hours’ notice. Late reschedules or no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including medical concerns, safety, or unsuitable designs.
3. Payments
Pricing is discussed during consultation and confirmed before tattooing begins.
Final costs may vary depending on size, complexity, and number of sessions required.
Accepted payments include the options listed on our website or communicated directly by our staff.
4. Health & Safety
Tattooing involves piercing the skin, and there are associated risks including allergic reactions, infection, or irritation.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
You agree to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by our team to ensure safe healing.
5. Intellectual Property
All tattoo designs, artwork, photos, videos, and written content displayed on this site or created by our artists are the property of Nogarolli Tattoo & Art Gallery LLC.

6. Refund Policy
Tattoo deposits and services are non-refundable.
If we must reschedule due to artist illness, travel, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to rebook your session at no additional cost.
